Job Title: Regional Channel Sales Manager

Sales Director APAC Market Growth

  • Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the organization's indirect sales channels in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Drive revenue growth through distributors and channel partners by differentiating the product offering and expanding market reach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market landscape and be able to navigate the nuances of different countries within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth across multiple APAC markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners to ensure partner engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective partner programs and aligned go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in channel management or B2B sales within the Financial Technology sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Ability to build trust among diverse partners and navigate complex regional dynamics.
