**Duties
1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties.

2. Assist the management and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.

4. Assist in handling monthly payroll administration.

5. Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company.

6. Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.

7. Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.

8. Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin and receptionist function.

9. Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

10. Assist supervisor to arrange PCR (or other tests) bookings, and follow up with sending all the reports to clients on time.

**Education
- Min. Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Team player with excellent communicate skills. (Able to commnuicate in English & Chinese)
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Flowchart software (preferably)
