Manage Office Administration duties which include:
1. Full spectrum if accounting scope
- Record all expenses and daily income for all businesses under the group of companies (AP/AR duties)
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet for directors
- To work with consultant for tax filing purposes on a yearly basis
- To propose and execute relevant processes and accounting controls for group of companies
- Participate in a stock take for accounting purposes, and propose relevant improvements of processes if required
2. Office Admin Purchasing Duties
- Maintain Office/outlets packaging supplies
- To assist sourcing of necessary supplies at the best rats negotiated in company’s interests
- Distribute supplies to fulfil outlets’ requisitions and record consumption for tracking purposes of individua; outlets/business units
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in an office management environment
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration / Management
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- A strong team player and work towards to grow with the company
- Cheerful, matured and positive personalities
