Title: Office Admin Executive

**Scope**:
The individual is required to perform administrative duties and provide support to Personal Assistant of Group Managing Director.

More specific roles and responsibilities are as follows:
**Office Admin**:
1. Responsible for requisition of office supplies for Singapore HQ & Group Level

2. Track all purchase are within budget as approved

3. To constantly seek alternative supplies or suppliers to be cost effective

4. Coordinate and maintenance of all office equipment (Copier, Printer, Air-con, projector etc)

5. Event Arrangement

6. Support travel arrangement, Visa, Flights, Hotel booking and itineraries.

7. Handle all incoming / outgoing mails distribution, couriers and calls

8. Manage claim verification and submission of company’s expenses

9. Timely filing of hard and digital copies letters, documents and agreements belonging to Singapore & Group Offices

11. Updating staff records with Company’s clinics and issues medical(visit) slip

12. Oversee 2 part-time cleaners

13. Responsible for linking colleagues in Singapore & group with IT related issues such as VOIP maintenance, server issues, mail domain issues and any other matter s to IT Vendor

14. Timely renewal of any license, permit or insurance policies

15. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Knowledge and skills requirement**:
1. Minimum 2-year similar working experience

3. Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills is preferred.

4. Proficient Computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Words, Excel)

5. Good verbal and written communication skills

6. Some HR or Accounting experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
