We are seeking a skilled and experienced Secretary and Admin Officer to join our team. The role will be responsible for the following duties:

- Secretarial duties: Make travel, transports and accomodation arrangements, managing the schedule of the Chairman, CEO, and other superiors
- General administration work and basic accounting: Manage the reception, attending to telephone calls, receiving guests. Keeping of all accounting records, issuing cheques with instructions from your superiors, preparing necessary accounting documentations, and performing general administrative tasks
- Market research and information gathering on life insurance and financial markets of Southeast Asia
- Organise company events and manage the admin / logistic preparations
- As an interpreter for your superiors and guests
- Other duties which are not specified but assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirement
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in secretary and administrative support
- Good organisation skills & detail-oriented
- Professional when interacts with others
- Able to work independently
- Collaborate well with others with high level of responsibility
- Proficiency in Japanese to liase with external stakeholder in Head office and senior management will be an added advantage
