A credible, reliable specialist and label in their field, this Multinational Corporation (MNC) seeks to look for an Office Admin/ Secretary/Personal Assistant who is able to be part of the Admin team.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support Senior Management and team in their work schedule
- Booking of Flight, Hotel/Accommodation, travel schedules/activities planned etc.
- Handle expenses claims
- Office admin (Upkeep/Maintain Meeting room, reception area, pantry area)
- Order office supplies or company’s gifts
- Other administrative matters (Data entry and Filing)
- Any other adhoc duties
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Secretary/Personal Assistant/Office admin experience
- Patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
