Overview
Provide full range of secretarial to MD & admin support for our Singapore Educational Institute.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Managing Director;
- Maintain the Managing Director’s daily schedule and keep a record and update calendar with coordinating internal and external parties;
- Organize all travel arrangements for the office staff including flight ticket and accommodation, itinerary planning, etc.;
- Provide support on business figures, and prepare any business related documents;
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately;
- Work effectively with all other departments;
- Assist for company/ staff event or activities;
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Business related discipline will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year or above relevant personal assistant experience
- Initiative, self-motivated, well-organized, and good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, fast-paced, strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable to work in a school setting
