**Responsibilities**:

- Check orders from Customers
- Submit to Sales Team promptly on Sales Dashboard Report after creating invoice on the following day
- Liaise with customs and the relevant authorities on Import/Export, Clearance and etc
- Verifies all suppliers’ invoices (match against price list or quotation) related to operations
- Stock Management
- Check against month end balance against System and Report
- To record Chiller and POSM transaction in System after receiving goods and delivery

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Possess 1 to 2 years’ experience in FMCG or supply chain functions
- Possess Tradenet ID or Customs Competency Cert is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5.5 day work week
- Able to start in short notice or immediate

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
