**Company Description**
Bluente is an early stage language SaaS firm. We are the world’s first mobile app that helps learners achieve business language proficiency. Our vision is to connect international communities globally through language.
Our app is live on the app store and we have just secured our first round of funding.
We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about our product but also fast and independent learners. As a **Sales Development Representative **at an early-stage company, you'll be an essential part of the customer team. As we continue to grow rapidly, this role presents potential pathways to future leadership positions.

**Role**
- Lead Management & Client Pitching _
- Actively research, prospect & generate clientele lists to build the sales pipeline
- Identify and prioritize key contacts and engage prospects through multiple channels
- Regularly attend industry events, network and build industry relationships
- Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
- Pitch to clients about our company services and offerings
- Account Management _
- Prepare contracts and quotations to close potential deals
- Maintain client relationships by providing support and information
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to structure service bundles
- Stay on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities
- Administrative Duties _
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customer complaints
- Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
- Maintain sales activity records in CRM
- Manage sales cycle process from initial contact to customer acquisition
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in enterprise sales, with preference in the software sector (corporate education experience a plus)
- Clear demonstration of success in hitting sales targets and working on tight timelines
- Experience in enterprise technology sales and contacts in the legal tech and banking tech space preferred
- Experience in education sales and/or tech industry a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong management and communication skills
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills, competent in presentations and demonstrations
- Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customer make buying decisions
- Tenacious and goal-oriented, collaborative and team oriented
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work
