**SALES & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE, SOUTH EAST ASIA**

**MISSIONS**
- Perform activities with the guidance from the Central team in Paris and report directly to the _Senior Manager, Partner Management, SEA & ANZ;_
- Support the Group in Devialet’s success and expansion on the assigned markets;
- Provide daily administrative support to the Central team in Paris related to sales and logistics across the assigned markets, such as handling inquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, placing orders, responding to leads, follow-up with logistics arrangements etc.;
- Liaise with Distributors and Partners for:

- Delivering efficient and clear communications;
- Gathering information and/or data;
- Maintaining good relationships;
- Conducting basic analysis of information/data and consolidating into report(s);
- Following up with issues and ensuring these issues are solved promptly.
- Involve in commercial prospection to identify potential opportunities under the guidance from the Central team in Paris;
- Provide regular analysis and reports on retailer sales performance;
- Possess and continuously build in-depth product knowledge in order to ensure that partners always have up to date information;
- Provide administrative support to Devialet Singapore office management;
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- Maintain up-to-date filing of records;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments when required.

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing is preferred;
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, wholesale, or other customer facing positions;
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in South East Asian another language (Eg. Tamil/Hindi, Vietnamese or Thai) is definitely a plus;
- Proactive, a problem solver and able to work independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with end-customers and partners;
- Attention to details, well-planned with good time management;
- Willing to work in a start-up structure with a fast-paced environment;
- Passionate, with a “can-do” and team player attitude;
- Willingness to be in the field and travelling outside of Singapore when required;
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Excel;
- Interest in Music and Audio Technology is a plus;
