We are in search of a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the VP of Business Strategy. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing the overarching corporate strategy, driving the identification and execution of strategic initiatives, and focusing on growth opportunities within the crypto or web3 industry.

**What you'll do**:

- Align and execute the company's comprehensive corporate strategy with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the identification of growth opportunities, such as partnerships, alliances, and other strategic initiatives within the crypto or web3 industry.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and threats to the company's growth within the crypto and web3 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to assess the financial viability and strategic fit of potential initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategies for effective communication with stakeholders in the crypto and web3 community.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders within the crypto or web3 space.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive leadership team and board of directors on strategy and corporate development initiatives.

**What you'll need**:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Head of Corporate Development, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar capacity.
- Specialized in business marketing with a robust emphasis on execution and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong background in corporate strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing strategic initiatives, including investor relations, within the crypto or web3 industry.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the crypto or web3 industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
