**Job Description**:
Maxeon is looking to hire a VP Business Operations, who will be responsible for manufacturing and technology deployment. The VP Business Operations reports directly into the COO. The position is based in Singapore.

The VP Business Operations leads a global team of Plant GMs and Technology Deployment directors. S/He will hold P&L responsibility and provide strategic operations leadership for the end-to-end deliveries of the products line to achieve or exceed business objectives, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial results. The VP Business Operations works closely with several groups internally, as well as outside vendors. S/He will work closely with R&D, Reliability, Products, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality.

Strategic Leadership and Build Culture Responsible for the overall profit and loss for our different technology groups (both cell fab and modco) across multi sites Support revenue growth and profitability; encourage innovation and develop global capabilities to achieve or exceed goals set for the business Provide leadership and create a high-performance culture; including responsibility for ensuring the function constantly evolves and raises the bar. Develop a long-term plan strategy to optimize total cost of ownership with a focus on value, performance, and quality execution. Define and develop a complete Business Continuity Plan for capacity with manufacturing

Operational Excellence Ensure all sites deliver strong performance (Technology, Quality, Response, Delivery, Cost, Environment) and top rate customer satisfaction Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, facilities, supply chain are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision. Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with Supply Chain by providing supply plans to achieve optimal business results for the organization Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management towards industry 4.0

People Development, Teamwork and Networking Develop a culture of talent development and ensure key or critical positions succession pipeline Encourage and forge cohesive teamwork and partnership within each site, the organization and across the sites Identify training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.

Continuous Improvement Lead a Lean Six Sigma culture in all sites for continuous improvement Utilize lean methods and tools to identify and implement projects and programs that results in continuous process improvements, improve material flow, assets, and warehouse capacity utilization & productivity Strong decision making is required to find cost savings and reduce delays at many points in the transportation portion of the supply chain, to incorporate legal and regulatory considerations and optimization benefits

Knowledge & Experience Deep expertise in solar manufacturing At least 15 years progressive leadership experience Or an equivalent combination of education and years of related experience in a high volume 24x7 manufacturing environment. Knowledge of industry trends, benchmarking and world class metrics in manufacturing processes Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and management. Proven ability to lead in a manufacturing team environment with financial responsibility
