As a VP of Business Development, you will be working closely with the founders to grow TenderBoard by owning the growth goals of the company. This includes bringing in new business through inbound and outbound means, identifying new opportunities, and building our channel partnerships in Singapore and the region.

- Understanding our product offering and key value propositions
- Managing Sales and Marketing Targets
- Managing Sales Team
- Understanding the customer's pain points and how our system can help

- Maintaining existing customer relationships

Your Qualifications:_**

- Proven record of success and hitting KPI's
- At least 5 - 6 years of full-time corporate sales/BD experience (B2B SaaS sales is a plus).

- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Not shy and willing to go beyond comfort zone
- Resourceful
- ASEAN experience is an advantage
