**What does a successful Enterprise Account Manager do?**
Fiserv Global Business Solutions is seeking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join the Merchant Acceptance Team to support the growth of enterprise clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate in payments and derives satisfaction in providing customized payment acceptance solutions that help our clients grow their business.
You will report into Head of Sales and Account Management of Merchant Acceptance, where you will focus on building a sales pipeline, arrange for sales meetings and provide end to end solutions to the merchants.
**What you will do**:
- Stay on top of accounts, going cross-silo within the accounts, act as client advocate, ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining and developing strong overall operational relationships with the assigned clients.
- Day to day coordination with merchants with timely and accurate operational announcement
- Escalate and resolve merchants’ issues in a prompt manner
- Responsible to ensure good processes and high level of services with cross functional departments
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long term partnerships through proactive efforts, including outbound calls to client’ Operations/Management team, in order to increase revenue retention.
- Facilitate the Client communications and delivery processes as it relates to association releases, regulatory changes, product/platform upgrades, fee revisions and system enhancements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities for clients.
- Leads business reviews and/or creating operational performance reviews.
- Other duties as required and directed by management.
**What you will need to have**:
- At least 5 years of corporate experience with merchant/client facing position in a multinational environment
- Experience and knowledge in E-Commerce, POS solutions & technologies is required
- Ability to quickly assess situations, grasp concepts of complex issues and identify potential impacts, resolve and communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Take initiative in learning and demonstrate a growth mindset
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Good command of language (oral and written)
- Ability to multi-task and manage stress
- Independent yet able to contribute as a team
- Analytical and meticulous in details
**What would be great to have**:
- Possess relevant industry experience in a customer facing role. Knowledge of Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas a plus.
