**The Role**
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to scale the business across geographies.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Generating new business by leading the entire sales cycle end-to-end.
- Leveraging networks to expand the customer base and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Understanding clients' needs and providing potential solutions using consultative approach.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving client experience.
- Analyzing industry trends and customer behavior to improve product implementations, business pitches, etc.
- Achieving and exceeding yearly targets.
**Ideal Profile**
- You have minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong network across telecommunication and banking industry.
- You are a strong relationship builder with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- You are a strong team player and leader.
- Having good knowledge in IT software industry would be a plus.
