We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Growth Manager to spearhead our client engagement strategy. This key player will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-priority accounts as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through account expansion, product adoption, and professional services.
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions to address their business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels and drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven track record in managing the end-to-end sales cycle with accountability for customer success.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to explain complex solutions clearly and concisely.
- Fast learner with proficiency in our product features and selling points.
