We are seeking an accomplished Account Strategist to spearhead our enterprise-level accounts, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of high-value accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving strategic partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, leveraging business development and product penetration strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest monday.com capabilities, utilizing them to deliver value-driven solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or tech consulting, preferably 2-4 years of experience working with large enterprise-level accounts.
- High level of accountability, with expertise in managing customers and sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation and questioning skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong objection handling and learning abilities, with proficiency in product features and selling points.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with fluency in business communications.
