As the Enterprise Account Manager, you’d be responsible for hunting and winning new logos in your defined territory. You would be joining a highly successful business who are seeking to expand their operations, covering Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesian markets.
**What you’ll do**:
- Hunt and close new business within Enterprise level accounts
- Conversing with decision makers in enterprise level organisations
- Presenting and pitching business solutions, identifying pain points and demonstrating the value offering
- Negotiating and closing long, complex deals
- Identifying value and leveraging your sales skills to secure new business
- Manage your growing portfolio of clients
- Run the cross-sell and up-sell sales process end-to-end
- Develop, maintain and build long-lasting strong relationships with all key stakeholders

**What you’ll need**:
- You** must **speak the local language - this is essential
- You** must **have experience in selling contact centre solutions
- 10 years’ experience in selling complex software solutions to clients in Enterprise level accounts
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high level, complex deals more than $500K
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability in pitching and developing strong relationships with C-level
- Very strong market knowledge of the contact centre space
