Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager

This role encompasses business growth and relationship management between the company and designated enterprise accounts.

The Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager spearheads service and sales activities across the company's portfolio of products and services including freight, package delivery, forwarding, and distribution.

  • Ensures contract compliance and renewal processes to guarantee adherence to contractual elements negotiated by both parties.
  • Monitors customer information and account performance data for freight, package delivery, and forwarding and distribution to track sales performance against set objectives.
  • Utilizes business intelligence and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Tracks competitors to gain competitive intelligence and inform engagement strategies with prospects and customers.
  • Built high-level relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations to expand business opportunities across the enterprise portfolio.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies for retention, penetration, and acquisition of accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Possesses at least 7-10 years of experience in a field sales role.
  • Candidate with extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strongly preferred candidate has healthcare regulations knowledge or healthcare service experience.
  • Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especially ISO 13485:2003).
  • Proven track record of increasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments.
  • Business-related travel will be required.
