**We are looking for a self-starter and an enthusiastic team-player who is driven to succeed in Atome's new regional unit**
**Job requirement**:
Business Development
- Identify, pitch and acquire new partners through sound business proposals and strategic partnership negotiations to drive Atome+ (Atome's loyalty programme) partnerships on a regional level
- Lead end-to-end partnership launches with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Work closely with Marketing team and respective Country Heads to create pitch decks and evaluate business proposals to acquire new partners and scale existing ones
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with partners and understand their business needs to drive partnership objectives on a regional level
- Develop quarterly partnership strategy plans and work with cross-functional teams to achieve identified targets for strategic partners
- Analyse and identify new business opportunities from existing partners to provide greater value to Atome+ members
- Own partnership success through consistent engagement with partners to develop win-win solutions
- Prepare business review reports and update internal performance metrics for key partners
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing strategic partnerships, with proven track record of achieving business objectives across markets
- Experienced in handling partnership negotiations and closing business deals
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, relationship management and communication skills to lead discussions with partners
- Possess ability to come up with creative solutions to resolve issues
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities, manage deadlines and work under a fast-paced environment
- A self-motivated and proactive team player who is keen to excel in this role.
- Prior experience in loyalty or e-commerce background will be advantageous.
