**About the Job**:
As the Manager of Partnerships and Ad Sales, you’ll be the business-driving engine behind strategic collaborations and integrated ad campaigns. You’ll pitch, negotiate, and close commercial deals with direct providers (i.e. financial institutions) and media agencies, while co-creating campaign ideas that win hearts, wallets, and metrics. You'll be the glue between clients, creators, and internal teams — all without the need to wrangle affiliates.

**The role will be responsible for**:
**Strategic Partnerships & Media Sales**
- Identify and drive new partnership opportunities across financial institutions, fintechs, and relevant verticals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities with media agencies and direct clients
- Prospect, pitch, and close media sales deals, including branded content, display, and creator-led activations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build customized solutions aligned with client objectives

**Campaign Management**
- Lead execution of advertising and partnership campaigns across web, social, and creator platforms
- Develop and present media kits, proposals, and post-campaign reports with insights and ROI metrics
- Ensure timely and smooth campaign delivery by liaising with Marketing, Product, CS, and Creative teams
- Constantly seek ways to optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Represent Creatory at client meetings, industry events, and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with cross-market teams to roll out regional partnerships or media initiatives

**In this role, we are looking for someone with**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience working with financial services, FMCG, or eCommerce brands is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape — especially creator/influencer marketing and branded content
- Proven ability to sell media solutions and close deals
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation finesse, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation chops
- Comfortable working across English and Mandarin-speaking markets
- Data-savvy: you understand campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and can turn insights into action
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

**Good to have**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics is desirable
- Experience working with influencers/creators would be a plus
