**Team Summary**
Visa’s Digital Partnerships and Fintech team is a client facing organization that sets Visa’s public digital narrative, develops commercial partnerships with industry leading brands, and manages the ongoing engagement with large and small Fintech players across the region.
The team are responsible for managing the commercial relationships with some of Visa’s most complex and highest growth partners, as well as developing the fintech sales narrative, tools, packaged programs and deal support required to ensure Visa are the partner of choice for all Fintechs & Digital Partners across Asia Pacific.
**What a Manager in the Regional Digital & Fintech Partnerships Team does at Visa**:
Based in Singapore, Manager, Regional Digital & Fintech Partnerships will lead the strategic relationship with key regional Digital Partnerships & Fintechs in the portfolio for the Asia Pacific region, owning all aspects of the relationship, from the commercial to the operational.
Success requires working closely a multitude of cross-functional Visa as well as partner teams who help contribute to the growth of the partnership and the distribution of Visa’s products and capabilities This includes closely aligning with market Digital Partnerships, Hub & Country Product, Country Management, Business Development, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, CS, Processing, Pricing, Legal, Risk and Marketing to support partnership agreements and deliverables that are complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead relationship with 2-3 Regional Digital Partnerships accounts including leading key initiatives and managing day to day in the AP region, but also at times involved in other regions where clients are present
- Define account strategy & build plans to determine strategic goal alignment and growth drivers for partners in the portfolio
- Support clients in go to market activities, product implementation, operations, and provide guidance to clients when needed, help client navigate through the matrix environment
- Resolve and support client’s issues, challenges and escalations across regions
- Identify and implement new products or value added services opportunities within the account
- Be a client advocate, challenge status quo when needed, engage & influence internal teams
- Build client relationships, engage clients at all levels from working team to client executives to ensure mutual success
- Execute commercial deals to ensure the deal goals are met
- Work closely with internal functional stakeholders to support all clients related opportunities

**Projects you will be a part of**:
- Developing and executing against partners’ and Visa’s strategy with Digital and Fintech partners for the region
- Expanding the geo footprint and / or product suite with Regional Digital and Fintech partners
- Designing and implementing programs focused on the delivery of partnership opportunities, typically across several markets
- Client pitches, presentations, and business reviews
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
