
Lead, Sg Fintech Club

The Lead of SG FinTech Club will be responsible for designing, developing and executing membership programs and activities for the SG FinTech Club members: managing and organizing events, building new content, ensuring ongoing engagement and fostering collaborations, exploring and activating partnerships within the SFA network. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to be part of the team at SFA. She or he will plan, develop and harness the full spectrum of the member’s journey in the FinTech Club membership program.
MEMBERSHIPS
- Continuously improve member benefit and engagement with the goal of increasing overall memberships.
- Create and monitor KPIs: members count, engagement and retention, event participation, member revenues, budgets (jointly with Treasurer).
- Monitor and maintain the membership platform and CRM, enabling automation wherever possible.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Identify and engage corporate partners and sponsors, create corporate partnership proposals, execute partnerships.
- Establish a plan for expanding the sponsorship & benefits program.
MARKETING
- Work with the SFA Membership Subcommittee to create, oversee and execute a calendar of SG Fintech Club events and activities.
- Plan, curate, and execute Club events and networking sessions.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Prepare meeting materials for discussions with Chief HR officers of medium to large-sized
FinTech firms
- Conduct research and analysis on companies and the industry to identify key trends in talent
hiring and retention
- Formulate overall industry talent development strategy for FinTech
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Prepare SG FinTech Club status updates and performance reports
- Manage budget, ensure timely submission to the Governance Director and Treasurer
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- 5 years of experience in a Startup environment or Accelerator in Marketing, Sales, or Partnerships role
- Fintech or Payments experience is highly desirable
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, creative, collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM will be an advantage
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team
