The Club Manager owns the club like it's their home. You are accountable for the environment, team performance, member experience, and the commercial health of your club. You set the standard on the floor, with the team, and in the numbers.

This is a leadership role for someone who can balance people, performance, and profit.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
  • Lead day-to-day operations: opening/closing, rostering, inventory, facilities, compliance.
  • Enforce 100% checklist completion across recovery, café, and service routines.
  • Monitor KPIs (member visits, NPS, revenue, incident logs) and course-correct fast.
  • Ensure health & safety, financial handling, and compliance standards are always met.
People, Culture & Performance
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Run weekly team huddles and drive accountability with clear actions.
  • Mentor Assistant Club Manager and prepare them to be promotion-ready.
  • Recognise great performance and address underperformance early.
  • Build a culture of energy, positivity, and teamwork that reflects TIBC values.
Member Experience
  • Be visible on the floor as the positive face of the club.
  • Resolve member issues on the spot — no handoffs, no delays.
  • Create community through events, activations, and personal touches.
  • Protect and grow member retention through excellent service and consistency.
Commercial & Growth
  • Drive revenue across memberships, café, and retail.
  • Manage budgets and expenses responsibly.
  • Analyse weekly P&L drivers, highlight risks, and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to club marketing and local partnerships to fuel growth.
