Regional eCommerce Partnership Manager

- Develop joint business plans with key marketplace partners such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify to capture market share.
- Re-engage legacy partners and systematically acquire new reseller-fit eCommerce partnerships through agencies and lead generation resources.
- Manage multi-entity customer acquisition through strategic partnership channels, targeting high-value seller segments.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be a key driver for growth in the APAC eCommerce segment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eye for detail, strong analytics, creative solutions, and shares our drive to grow the business in the region.
Someone comfortable engaging with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders at the senior executive level within a fast-paced & dynamic environment, in a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities">eCommerce Partnerships:
- Drive joint business plans (JBPs) with Key Marketplace partners like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify in core eCommerce APAC markets to capture market share
Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Re-engage legacy partners and systematically acquire new reseller-fit eCommerce partnerships through agencies and lead generation resources
Cross-Border Solutions:
- Manage multi-entity customer acquisition through strategic partnership channels, targeting high-value seller segments
Customer Engagement Models:
- Define and implement engagement frameworks, touchpoints, and ownership structures for existing vs. new customers from partner referrals
Win-Back Initiatives:
- Execute systematic win-back motions for churned customers, managing customer win-back list with clear ownership and deduplication processes
Go-to-Market Coordination:
- Prepare communications, manage legal reviews, and coordinate backend configurations with operations teams for pricing campaigns
Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and respond to competitive threats through strategic positioning initiatives
Event Participation:
- Coordinate events, roadshows, and co-marketing initiatives to drive awareness and partner acquisition
, Requirements">
6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota-carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development in eCommerce, Payments, Financial Services, or strongly relevant verticals
- eCommerce Expertise:
- Proven track record managing reseller/affiliate networks in eCommerce space with measurable growth outcomes
- eCommerce Ecosystem Knowledge:
- Familiarity with eCommerce Partner Networks, Seller pain points, and cross-border
