Job Title: Regional Partnership Growth Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. As a Regional Partnership Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and sustaining trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners.
You will leverage your challenger mindset, technology industry knowledge, market insights, understanding of the competitive landscape, and best-in-class interpersonal skills to empower your teams to grow our robust ecosystem of world-class partners enabling them to bring market-defining solutions to our customers.
This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth as you work with highly complex partner organizations, build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a Challenger mindset to build and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners, aligning their strategic priorities with ours to drive mutual growth.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic partner business plans that promote cloud adoption, digital transformation, and long-term success.
- Regularly conduct business reviews (e.g., QBRs, MBRs) to track progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Advises partner leadership through Business Design briefings, helping architect high-impact Microsoft practices.
- Use deep knowledge of partner strategy and market dynamics to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and shape local strategies.
- Champion our value proposition, aligning technology and services with future growth opportunities.
- Drive world-class results through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with our products and services.
