Leadership Role in Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to lead the growth and execution of strategic university partnerships across Southeast Asia.

This role will focus on building strong relationships with higher education institutions in key markets, including Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other important regions.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our regional footprint and driving sustainable growth through impactful collaborations.

About the Position

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and other key education partners in Southeast Asia.

  1. Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our goals and objectives.
  2. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to establish new partnerships, ensuring they comply with organizational policies and regulations.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with university leaders, faculty, and industry partners across the region.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership implementation.
  5. Provide ongoing support and communication to partner institutions to drive successful outcomes.
  6. Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews of partnership progress and impact.
  7. Prepare timely and accurate reports for senior leadership on partnership activities and outcomes.
  8. Leverage market insights to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
About You

You should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
