Business Partnership Manager Job Summary

This role is a perfect fit for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment. As a Regional Director of Partnerships, you will lead the development and presentation of pitch/solutions decks to secure long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source Regional Business Opportunities
    • Maintain knowledge on market trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes to develop regional acquisition strategies.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams
    • Track progress, ensure timely execution of business objectives, and analyze market data to refine strategies.
  • Negotiate and Influence Customers
    • Exercise good business judgment, knowing when to make trade-offs for long-term partnerships.
  • Create Regional Acquisition Plans
    • Align with business objectives and drive client acquisitions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the global forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and track progress.
  • Able to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Location:

This role is open to those based in Singapore.
