Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and impactful course materials on operations management.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our innovative online e-learning platform.
- Continuously update and refine course content to reflect the latest industry trends and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the student community.

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in operations management with significant experience in the field.
- A thorough understanding of operational processes, quality control, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong background in training, facilitation, or education related to operations management.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, capable of inspiring and educating future operations professionals.
- A creative and analytical approach to teaching and problem-solving within operations management.
- ACLP certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
