Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative and practical course materials on human resource management.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Continuously evaluate and update course content based on the latest HR trends, laws, and practices.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to promote a culture of knowledge and excellence in human resource management.

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive expertise in human resource management with significant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, and current challenges.
- Background in training, facilitation, or education within human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively educating and motivating students.
- Innovative and proactive approach to teaching and HR problem-solving.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
