Position: Trainer/Facilitator/Course Developer for Project Management

Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore (with Online E-Learning Components)About Quanterra Institute

Our curriculum is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in managing projects efficiently, from initiation to closure. We aim to empower professionals to execute projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications, fostering leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop in-depth course materials on project management fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Conduct interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to deepen their understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Continuously update and enhance the curriculum based on the latest project management trends and standards.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to promote a proactive and results-oriented learning environment.

- Introduction to Project Management
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Risk Management in Projects
- Resource Allocation and Cost Management
- Agile and Scrum Methodologies

- Use of Project Management Software Tools

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in project management, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
- Extensive experience in managing diverse and complex projects.
- Background in training, facilitation, or education related to project management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of teaching and motivating professionals.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for teaching and enhancing project execution capabilities.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
