Position: Trainer/Facilitator/Course Developer for Agile Methodologies
Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore (with Online E-Learning Components)About Quanterra Institute

We are dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills to implement Agile practices effectively, enhancing team productivity and project outcomes. Our curriculum is designed to introduce the principles of Agile, and expand into specialized methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, preparing students for leadership roles in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop in-depth course materials focused on Agile methodologies.
- Conduct interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to deepen their understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Continuously update and refine the curriculum to include the latest Agile trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to ensure a transformative learning experience.
Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)
- Fundamentals of Agile
- Scrum Master Training
- Product Owner Training
- Agile Coaching and Facilitation
- Kanban and Lean Methodologies
- Agile Project Management
- Agile for Non-Software Teams
- Scaling Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Agile Tools and Technologies
- Agile Leadership and Culture
Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive expertise in Agile practices with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
- Proven experience in coaching teams and implementing Agile transformations.
- Background in training, facilitation, or education focused on Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and leading teams.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
