Position: Trainer/Facilitator/Course Developer for Sales Management
Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore (with Online E-Learning Components)About Quanterra Institute

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed course materials on sales management topics.
- Deliver interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to enhance their understanding of effective sales tactics and leadership techniques.
- Continuously refine and update the curriculum to reflect the latest trends in sales management.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to ensure a supportive and results-driven learning environment.

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in sales management with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
- Background in training, facilitation, or education related to sales or business management.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, capable of inspiring and developing future sales leaders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for teaching and sales excellence.
- ACLP certification is beneficial but not required.
