Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive course materials on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Deliver interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to enhance their mastery of Lean and Six Sigma tools, driving their ability to implement successful projects.
- Continuously update and refine course content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)
- Lean Principles and Practices
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belt Certifications
- Process Mapping and Analysis
- Statistical Process Control
- Root Cause Analysis
- Waste Reduction Techniques
- Project Management for Lean Six Sigma
- DMAIC and DMADV Frameworks
- Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Profound knowledge of process improvement techniques and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or education related to Lean Six Sigma or operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A strong passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve excellence.
- ACLP certification is beneficial but not required.
