Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop targeted course materials on change management theories and practices.
- Deliver interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our innovative online e-learning platform.
- Continuously refine the curriculum based on the latest research and trends in change management.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to enhance the overall training experience and outcomes.

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive expertise in organizational change management with significant professional experience.
- A deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Background in training, facilitation, or education related to management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively educating and inspiring students.
- Innovative and proactive approach to teaching and problem-solving in change management.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
