Position: Trainer/Facilitator/Course Developer for Risk Management

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed course materials on risk management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Deliver interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to deepen their understanding of risk assessment, risk control, and risk financing.
- Continuously update and refine the curriculum to reflect the latest trends and developments in risk management.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to foster a learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in risk management with a deep understanding of various risk frameworks and models.
- Professional risk management certification (e.g., CRM, FRM) is highly desirable.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or education in the field of risk management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of delivering complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- A passion for education and a commitment to developing future leaders in risk management.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
