**About the role**

Based out of the Asia Pacific Regional office in Singapore, the Head of Vertical - Aerospace is responsible for building business strategies to expand Bollore Logistics' footprint and customer base in the Aerospace industry, defining, aligning and coordinating action plans with other regions.

**What you will be doing**

Reporting to the Head of Front Office, the Head of Vertical - Aerospace will be accountable for:

- Drafting Aerospace development plan with Regional HFO and regional product managers
- Supporting Regional office in corporate accounts and tender management
- Participating in new Aerospace related products/markets development, and organize their launch
- Sales visit across our entities in Asia Pacific to support local team with clients and business expansion in this
- Growing and animating Aerospace Sales Community in Asia Pacific to reach financial objectives to meet company budget
- Sales visit with Bollore Logistics regional trade lane and product Managers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Freight-forwarding & Logistics industry
- Experience in Aerospace industry - Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment
- Experience in managing remote functional teams
- Experience in building teams
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate between Headquarters and regional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills
- Ability to provide value added business solutions and alternatives
