DESIGNATION : Associate Executive, Lease Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES

A real estate subsidiary of NTUC Enterprise that own and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Singapore is looking for an **Associate **Executive**, **Leas**e** Administration**. The company is expanding its talent pool as we continue to expand our business.

**Purpose of Role**

The Associate/Executive will play a key role in centralised management and administration of the leases for the malls which includes lease documentation, arrears management, tenants’ relations, lease reporting and lease admin system.

**Accountabilities & Scope**

The role will be responsible for administration support to the leasing team. You will assist in the day-to-day lease documentation, monthly arrears management and update any changes of tenants’ detail on the lease admin system. You will also assist the Manager in other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lease document such as lease agreement and side letters
- Monitor and follow up on the submission of lease documents and other relevant documents by tenants
- Liaise with Tenants on their arrears payment status
- E-stamping, upload lease documents and relevant documents in common file and system
- Collate and maintain a lease movement/details record when necessary
- Maintain and update tenants’ contact list
- Attend to tenants’ feedback/requests, develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants
- Coordinate with vendor to follow up with tenants for missing GTO submission
- Other adhoc duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- Savvy in Microsoft Office especially Word
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in managing administrative works and large volume of documentation
