**Responsibilities**
- Understand business and strategic priorities, act as an all-around gatekeeper and strategically assist the CEO with a board level of tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization and develop the business
- Act as a trusted business advisor, coordinates and prioritizes all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements
- Assist the CEO with information screening and management, includes organizing key strategy and product messages, monitoring inbox and making responses, preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and compiling information from multiple sources
- Managing and monitoring key internal projects on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain smooth and effective communications between the CEO and other internally and externally stakeholders like investors, key clients, other VP and executives, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Native or high proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- 3+ years in a consulting or project management role, overseas working background is highly preferred
- Good project management and multi-task skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
