
Vp/ Director, Institutional Equity Sales- Sg Based

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage in in-depth discussions and strategic planning with the firm's senior management regarding the mid-term and long-term strategies related to Southeast Asia.
- Establish and further cultivate relationships with various Southeast Asian stakeholders, including financial institutions, corporates, and government entities.
- Leverage the firm's research expertise on Greater China and Japan to provide daily client services.
- Explore and participate in the expansion of investment banking and asset management products into the Southeast Asian market.
- Actively involve in all product development initiatives, incorporating feedback from the Southeast Asian market.
- Collaborate with the trading and product desks to provide cross-asset solutions to clients.
- Work closely with department heads to execute strategic projects for the firm and contribute to the development of the platform.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Requirement of an existing and comprehensive client base, preferably institutional, in both existing and Southeast Asian markets.
- Qualified for a sales role, exhibiting attributes such as self-motivation, hunger for success, strong work ethic, strategic thinking, market awareness, and the like.
- 5-8 years of work experience in business development and sales, particularly in institutional equities sales, with a proven track record.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent social and team-working abilities.
- Good at business development and sales analytical tools.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory. Proficiency in any popular Southeast Asian language is a plus.
Pay: Up to $20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
