**APAC Channels Systems Engineer**

Location: Singapore

Scope
- In this newly created role, be a leader and a change agent
- Be responsible for enabling and developing our APAC Partner SE community in order for them to reach a level of competence and proficiency in-line with our own Cohesity SE team
- Co-own, lead, support and evangelize all APAC Partner SE initiatives
- This critical role will have close interactions with Cohesity (key) Partners, Sales, Customers, Engineering, Enablement, Support and Marketing (product, channel and customer).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a community of Partner Sales Engineers (SE)
- Develop a series and curriculum that will ensure advocacy within this GEO-wide community
- Influence and manage the Partner SEs across Asia Pacific and Japan
- Be the evangelist, by clearly articulating Cohesity technology to this GEO-wide community
- Significantly reduce sporadic partner SE enablement to a framework of endorsed activities that are supported by WW, geo, region and country teams.
- Communicate Cohesity's vision by developing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals
- Be the change agent that helps this community facilitate more customer engagement e.g. POCs, demo, test flights etc. to prove out both the technology and the value Cohesity technology delivers
- Identify gaps in our curriculum and introduce solutions to solve
- Collaborate regularly with training and enablement as a channel representative regarding product development and enhancements, effectively conveying partner requirements
- Provide project management and ownership with assigned scope

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of demonstrated success in a partner facing pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions
- 5+ years of successful experience managing Sales Engineers teams
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels within organisation and partners
- Experience in working with customers in technology adoption
- Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software
- Comfort in working with multiple decision-makers to arrive at an outcome
- Very comfortable presenter of technical and business material to both small and large groups
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Ability to travel with the needs of the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience
