**Job Capsule**:
Responsible for delivering facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

**Job Duties/Roles**:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

**Knowledge**, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)**:

- A combination of college recruiting and rotational program development experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines simultaneously.
- High self motivation and ability to work in fast paced, results focused, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills.
- Ability to travel 30%, including internationally.
- Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems..

**Minimum** years of Experience**:
3‒5 years building and implementing recruiting and learning development solutions in a global, high growth and results oriented organization.

**Required**/Preferred Education** Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
