**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for day-to-day recruitment for all active openings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes
- Manage recruitment-related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday-related issues.
- Partner with Operation Managers to fulfil their hiring requirements
- Partner and manage existing recruitment agencies to deliver expected recruitment services
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer any employment-related inquiries from employees or government boards
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business or relevant discipline
- Exp in HR recruitment will be added advantage
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proactive with ideas to increase applicants for hiring
