**Job Description**:

- Assigned to non-security related activities such as managing the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse/Multipurpose Hall, Gym, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and all facilities in the estate.
- Assigned to issue lift paddings to contractors as well as manage all notice boards in the estate.
- Carry out checks of the common areas where contractors of individual units have carried out renovation works or house removal activities.
- Report all Building Defects to the Security Supervisor or Management Office.
- Escalate all security related matters to Security Supervisor for his further action.
- Carry out any other job assigned from time to time by the Superintendent Officer from the Management Office.
- Check all instructors and coaches have valid passes issued by the Management Office to conduct lessons in facilities of the estate.

**Requirement**:

- Must be trained in First Aid and AED.
- Must possess soft and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & can handle multitasking.
