
Facilities Officer

**Job Descriptions**
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and care of mosque facilities
- Perform regular inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to contract agreements and schedules
- Capable in troubleshooting simple electrical and mechanical systems
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors regarding repair and maintenance tasks, including payment processes
- Address inquiries and complaints related to facility breakdowns or service requests
- Manage a team of Noja / Support Officers
- Collaborate with HOD to prepare, review and propose annual budget and expenditures
**Requirements**:
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical / Building Services / Facility Management or equivalent)
- Minimum one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building, mechanical and electrical systems
- Certification in Infocomm Technology (IT) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on weeknights, weekend and PH when required
