**Resopnsibilities**
- Manage the Extra Low Voltage System include FMS (BMS), Security Management systems,
- Visitor Management systems & Fire Alarm system
- Follow up on the PM schedule provided by maintenance contractor and Corrective
- Maintenance rectification works by updating Maintenance Mate on weekly basis
- Submission of monthly reports include works order report and corrective action reports.
- Standby for any emergency or alarm activations respond on site
- Provide relevant trainings include FMS & Security operations Provide support on staffs HR administration & purchase orders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a recognized diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Facilities Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic or both/Facilities Management
- Must possess supervisory skills
- Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Must have minumum of 1 year experience in contractor management
