**Position: Receptionist & Office Admin**
**Salary: SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,300**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
**Benefits**:

**Educational Requirements**:
Minimum GCE O Level/ SPM with proficiency in English; Diploma holders preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Receptionist Duties: Handling calls and mails, welcoming and registering guests, guiding visitors, and managing courier services.**:
- **Provide efficient administrative support to various departments.**:
- **Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry.**:
- **Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies, including registration, filing of receipts, and distribution.**:
- **Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.**
**Skills Requirements**:
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
