- Handle the payroll for the employees.
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR matters and supporting recruitment/hiring process, on-boarding, off-boarding, handling background checks.
- Provide accurate maintenance of employee database and personnel files.
- Administer & monitoring of various MOM matters such as work passes, tax clearance, leave management and attending to staff enquiries.
- Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws.
- Preparation of all HR related letters.
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management
- **Job Requirements**_
- Have 5 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Info-Tech software is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese language, able to read, write & communicate daily with PRC.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
