- **Assist the HR Manager in managing the daily operations of the HR department, systems and processes, engaging all stakeholders, providing timely and efficient services.**:
- **Sourcing,recruitment and selection of staff to meet the organization manpower needs.**:
- **Maintain staff P-file and records in the HRIS to ensure that it is updated and current.**:
- **Conduct staff orientation, handling onboarding, staff movements and offboarding of staff.**:
- **Administer staff compensation and benefits to ensure that it is accurate and updated.**:
- **Participates in the implementation of HR projects, review and improve current processes.**:
- **Provide support in the annual performance appraisal and compensation exercises.**:
- **Provide support in the manpower planning and budgeting, training and development of staff.**:
- **Coordinate the Learning and Development initiative and programmes**:
- **Application of training related grants by governments (eg. NCSS VCF, SDF grants via Skill Connect Portal etc.)**:
