**Responsibilities**
- Provide both HR-specific and General administrative to HR Department and Human Resources Manager
- Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of permits.
- Maintain and Update Company Insurances Record
- Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, in-house dormitory matters, supplies and equipment
- Handle work injury claims.
- Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties which may be assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min “A” Level Certificate / Diploma in HR
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of HR experience in Singapore
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
**Salary**: $1,329.69 - $2,000.00 per month
